Launch Trailer for F1 2011 on the Vita Looks Damn Good

The F1 2011 Vita launch trailer is here (for Europe) and it almost makes me want to get a Vita. But the wrath of my wife still trumps that feeling.

Anyway, the trailer does look damn good. I'm more and more impressed by these portable game offerings, but I already dick around on my phone in public too much as it is, much less a full-blown gaming system.

The trailer shows off a game that has everything a Formula One fan could want in an F1 game: Time Trials, a Challenge Mode, mulitplayer -  you get the idea. I'm not even into racing games - unless you can have machine guns and rockets strapped to your car, of course - but I'm digging it.

And yes, that's Beady Eye (three-fourths of Oasis) playing over top the vid. Good stuff.
